Leadership Coaching

The leaders who perform at their best have a thinking partner

Executive leadership coaching and development for senior leaders and teams navigating transitions, challenges and the ongoing complexity of leading at the highest level.

The Challenge

At the senior level, the challenges are rarely technical. They’re about clarity, confidence, and the capacity to lead through complexity.

For Individuals

A career transition with no obvious path

New role, new level, or a shift that requires more than you can work through alone.

A challenge or blockage won’t resolve

A difficult team dynamic, board misalignment, or a decision that feels stuck.

For Organisations

High-potential leaders underperforming

Capability is there, but something is limiting effectiveness or your confidence.

Leadership teams that underperform

Skills are strong, but relationships, alignment or trust are the constraint.

Common Questions

What leaders and organisations ask before engaging

How is this different from therapy or having a mentor?

Coaching is performance-focused and future-oriented — it assumes you’re capable and helps you unlock that capability. Therapy addresses wellbeing and the past. Mentoring shares one person’s experience; coaching asks better questions and helps you find your own answers. That said, Denise’s depth of experience means the line occasionally blurs — she will offer direct insight when it genuinely serves the client.

How much does coaching cost?

A single 60 to 90-minute session is $800 to $1,200 + GST. Coaching programs (3, 6 or 12 months) range from $4,500 to $14,000+ depending on scope and frequency. Organisational programs are scoped and priced after an initial conversation, so there are no surprises.

For HR or CEOs — how do you measure the ROI of executive coaching?

The clearest measure is performance — retention of high-potential leaders, reduced time-to-effectiveness for new executives, or specific leadership capability gaps being closed. Progress is tracked through structured check-ins with the participant, their manager, and HR where relevant. The most consistent feedback from organisations is simply that people around the leader notice the difference.

What’s the time commitment for a coaching program?

A typical coaching engagement is one session every two to three weeks. 3-month programs sit at five to six sessions total; for 6-month programs, 10 to 12 sessions. The exact cadence depends on the nature of the challenge, and sessions are scheduled flexibly around executive calendars.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes — completely. What is discussed in a coaching session stays between Denise and the client. For organisationally-sponsored programs, Denise may provide a general progress update to HR or a line manager where agreed upfront, but the content of sessions is never disclosed. Confidentiality is foundational to the way Denise works.
