These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Denise North Consulting website and the engagement of our advisory, coaching and consulting services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Denise North Consulting is an executive advisory and coaching practice operated by Denise North, based in Sydney, Australia (ABN 59 600 259 872). We provide board advisory, executive coaching, leadership development and strategic advisory services to senior leaders and organisations.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will prevail.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for services are as agreed in the relevant engagement proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
- All fees are quoted exclusive of GST, which will be added where applicable
- We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared within client engagements as strictly confidential. Equally, you agree to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks or materials provided by Denise North Consulting as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. 10. Cancellation and rescheduling
Where sessions or engagements need to be cancelled or rescheduled, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your engagement agreement. We will always endeavour to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.
11. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the website or our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
