A single 90-minute session is $1,200 + GST. Coaching programs range from $4,500 (3 months) to $14,000+ (12 months) + GST depending on the scope and frequency of sessions. Organisational programs are priced per engagement after an initial scoping conversation. Denise provides a fixed-price proposal upfront, so there are no surprises.

A typical coaching engagement is one 90-minute session every two to three weeks. For 3-month programs that’s 5 to 6 sessions total; for 6-month programs it’s 10 to 12 sessions. The exact cadence depends on the nature of the challenge and the leader’s availability. Sessions are scheduled flexibly around executive calendars.
